Return, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for Rep God

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept size exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The item should not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage. The exchange is applicable if there's an issue with fabric or print quality if you receive the wrong size or color, or if there's a manufacturing defect. Please note that products sold at a discount are not eligible for exchange or returns. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Once we've confirmed your request, please ship the product back to us in its original condition. Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will process the exchange or return. Our refund policy extends for 7 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 7 days since your purchase, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp - 8305967845 or DM us on Instagram @repgod.in within 5 Hours of placing the order. Regrettably, we cannot cancel orders after this 5-hour window, as they will have been sent for production.
